[Ingredients] Dried Pyrus Nivalis, Tremella Fuciformis, Prunus Armeniaca L., Ziziphus Jujuba, Glehnia Radix, Lilii Bulbus.
[Function]Dried Pyrus Nivalis: Nourishing lungs, Clearing Heat, Dispelling wind and Relieving cough.
Tremella Fuciformis: Nourishing yin and lungs.
Prunus Armeniaca L.: Relieving cough.
Glehnia Radix: Nourishing yin and Clearing lungs.
[Optional ingredients]Lean meat 250g.
[Direction]
1. Rinse and drain all the ingredients; Blanch meat in boiling water, pick it out then transfer it in a soup pot.
2. Place all ingredients in the soup pot with 3.5L water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2.5 hours.
3. Season with salt before serving.
