[Ingredients] Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma, Rehmanniae Radix, Ziziphus Jujuba, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Euryales Semen.
[Function]Rehmanniae Radix: Tonifying kidneys, Strengthening bones.
Smilacis Glabrae Rhizoma: Clearing Heat and Removing Dampness.
Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium: Regulating qi circulation and Strengthening digestive function.
[Optional ingredients]Lean meat 250g.
[Direction]
1. Rinse and drain all the ingredients; Blanch meat in boiling water, pick it out then transfer it in a soup pot.
2. Place all ingredients in the soup pot with appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2 hours.
3. Season with salt before serving.
