[Ingredients] Vignae Semen, Lablab Semen Album, Coicis Semen, Nelumbinis Folium, Arctium Lappa, Imperatae Rhizoma.
[Function]Vignae Semen: Promoting diuresis and Removing dampness.
Lablab Semen Album: Removing dampness and Strengthening digestive function.
Coicis Semen: Promoting diuresis.
Arctium Lappa: Dispelling wind and Clearing heat.
[Optional ingredients]Lean meat 250g.
[Direction]
1. Rinse and drain all the ingredients; Blanch meat in boiling water, pick it out then transfer it in a soup pot.
2. Place all ingredients in the soup pot with 3.5L water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 2.5 hours.
3. Season with salt before serving.
