[Ingredients]Cordyceps Militaris, Dendrobium Nobile Lindl, Rosae Laevigatae Fructus, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Lycii Fructus, Mori Fructus.
[Function]Strengthening digestive function, Nourishing yin, Tonifying kidneys and Brightening eyes.
[Optional ingredients]Lean meat 250g.
[Direction]1. Rinse and drain all the ingredients; Blanch meat in boiling water, pick it out then transfer it in a soup pot.
2. Place all ingredients in the soup pot with 3.5L water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 hours.
3. Season with salt before serving.
