[Ingredients]

Cordyceps Militaris, Fritillaria Ussuriensis, Prunus Armeniaca L., Armeniacae Semen Amarum, Coconut, Eriobotryae Folium, Tremella Fuciformis.

[Function]

Eliminating phlegm, Relieving cough, Nourishing yin and lungs.

[Optional ingredients]

Lean meat 250g.

[Direction]

1. Rinse and drain all the ingredients; Blanch meat in boiling water, pick it out then transfer it in a soup pot.

2. Place all ingredients in the soup pot with 3.5L water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 hours.

3. Season with salt before serving.
