[Ingredients] Sea Conch, Lycii Fructus, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Tremella Fuciformis, Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma, Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, Ziziphus Jujuba.
[Function]Conch: Tonifying kidneys and Nourishing yin and skin.
Dioscoreae Rhizoma: Aiding digestive function.
Lycii Fructus: Enriching blood and Brightening eyes
Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma: Nourishing stomach, lungs and yin.
This product is suitable for all people in all season and can be taken on a regular basis.
[Optional ingredients]Lean meat 250g.
[Direction]
1. Rinse and drain all the ingredients; Blanch meat in boiling water, pick it out then transfer it in a soup pot.
2. Place all ingredients in the soup pot with 3.5L water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 hours.
3. Season with salt before serving.
