[Ingredients] Ganoderma Lucidum, Abri Herba, Poria, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Ziziphus Jujuba Mill.
[Function]Ganoderma Lucidum: Calming, Nourishing heart, Supplementing qi and Maintaining liver function.
Abri Herba: Clearing heat and Detoxifying.
This product is suitable for both men and women.
[Optional ingredients]Lean meat 250g.
[Direction]
1. Rinse and drain all the ingredients; Blanch meat in boiling water, pick it out then transfer it in a soup pot.
2. Place all ingredients in the soup pot with 3.5L water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 hours.
3. Season with salt before serving.
