[Function]Radix Notoginseng: Improving blood circulation.
Astragali Radix: Boosting qi, Securing the exterior and Preventing from over-sweating.
Millettia Speciosa Radix: Strengthening sinews and bones.

[Direction]
1. Rinse and drain all the ingredients; Blanch meat in boiling water, pick it out then transfer it in a soup pot.
2. Place all ingredients in the soup pot with 3.5L water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 hours.
3. Season with salt before serving.
