[Ingredients]
Coicis Semen, Alismatis Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae Rhizoma, Gossampini Flos, Nelumbo nucifera, Junci Medulla, Vignae Semen, Lablab Semen Album.
[Function]
Clearing Heat, Enhancing digestive function, Removing dampness, Promoting diuresis and Detoxifying. Suitable for use in spring and summer.
[Optional ingredients]
Lean meat 250g.
[Direction]
1. Rinse and drain all the ingredients; Blanch meat in boiling water, pick it out then transfer it in a soup pot.
2. Place all ingredients in the soup pot with 3.5L water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 hours.
3. Season with salt before serving.
